Brakes are the most important safety components in automotive vehicles and railway vehicles, for which high quality and reliability are always required. Japan Brake has actively met this requirement head on since its establishment, improving process quality and introducing a fully-automatic in-line inspection system to enhance reliability and quality stabilization.
Moreover, Japan Brake set up a new Quality Assurance Division in November 2004, integrating and unifying the quality assurance organizations, which were spread over various offices, in order to further promote quality assurance and build quality into products in the development / design stages across the board.
Every office / factory has been registered with the international quality system standard 'ISO 9001', and has acquired 'ISO/TS16949' certificates.
